Comey Asks For 4-Month Delay of Trial in Trump Assassination Threat Case – DOJ Doesn’t Oppose
Embattled former FBI Director James Comey asked the court for a 4-month delay of the trial scheduled for next month in the Trump assassination threat case. The Justice Department did not oppose Comey’s request. Earlier this year, a grand jury from the Eastern District of North Carolina indicted Comey on two felony counts: COUNT ONE: Knowingly and willfully make a threat to take the life
