Columbus Circle at DC Union Station restored For the first time in nearly two decades, the Columbus Fountain in front of Washington, DC’s Union Station is flowing thanks to the Trump Administration’s efforts to beautify the Capital. Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy also announced during a ceremony at Columbus Circle that the Department of Transportation is giving a $465 million grant to rejuvenate the train station.
