James Talarico, the far left Democrat senate candidate in Texas, recently shared a video on social media through ‘Team Talarico’ which features three women who are supposedly ‘Republican moms’ who are planning to vote for him.

It looks like classic Democrat gaslighting. Remember the ‘Men for Kamala Harris’ video that cause an avalanche of mockery in 2024? This could be more of that.

It’s very difficult to see how actual Republican moms would want Talarico to represent their state in the United States Senate.

The Dallas Express did some digging and found that this might be campaign fakery:

Curious Case Of Talarico’s ‘Republican Moms’: Voting Records Don’t Match The Script

Two of the three North Texas women featured in a campaign video for state Rep. James Talarico (D-District 50) as “Republican moms” cast ballots in the 2026 Democratic primary, according to voting-history records reviewed by The Dallas Express.

The 67-second video, posted Monday by Talarico’s campaign, features three women seated around a table discussing their support for the Democratic Senate candidate. An interviewer asks, “You’ve been Republicans for most of your voting lives. Who’s voting for James Talarico?” All three women raise their hands.

The campaign’s social media caption identifies them as “Republican moms.”

The video does not identify the women or disclose their voting histories.

Voting Records Show Different Primary Histories

Records reviewed by The Dallas Express show that one of the women featured in the video participated in Republican primaries in 2016, 2018, 2020, 2022, and 2024, including the 2018 Republican runoff, before voting in the 2026 Democratic primary.

The record shows the voter selected a Democratic primary ballot on March 3, 2026. The record does not show which candidate the voter supported in that primary.

A second woman featured in the video also participated in the 2026 Democratic primary.

In the video below, these women say:

“I like him. He was a middle school teacher in a public school in Texas, and they started cutting all his funding and he said, ‘Well, if I can’t change my school, then I’m gonna need to change my state.’ And that’s so becoming of a leader.

“This is not what I signed up for. Give me somebody who’s not extremist. I don’t care what party they are. I’m going to vote for whoever is the most common sense and who I think would be the most likely to protect my kids.”

“You’re never going to vote for a candidate that thinks exactly like you… You need to get on the bus that’s driving closest to where you want to end up. Talarico, I find him to be pretty moderate, and I think that is telling of what’s happening in the state of Texas. The Republicans should be worried.”

Here’s the video:

Here’s the most obvious question.

If Texas didn’t go for Beto O’Rourke, why would the state ever go for Talarico?
