First Assistant U.S. Attorney for the Central District of California Bill Essayli dropped a major bombshell during a Monday interview on Glenn Beck’s program, confirming that federal election fraud charges are coming against individuals in California.
Essayli told Beck that his office expects to bring charges within the next one to two months once key election results are certified, so prosecutors can prove the allegations in court.
Here’s what Essayli said:
“It will be election fraud charges in the next, I hate to put timelines on things, one to two months, I believe. We need some of these results to be certified so we can prove some of the allegations. But we will be charging some people.”
When Beck pressed him on whether he has enough evidence and feels confident enough to move forward, Essayli made clear they are building strong cases but need direct witnesses and evidence to protect the process and avoid tainting innocent people.
“I will just say it will be election fraud charges in the next — I hate to put timelines on things, but 1 to 2 months, I believe. We need some of these results to be certified so we can, you know, prove some of the allegations. But we will be charging some people. I can’t get in too much. And mostly, Glenn, I mean, it’s not just DOJ rules, but we also wanna protect innocent people.
“If we get something wrong, we don’t want someone to be tainted with the stain of an investigation until we’re able to prove that in court. So I can’t get into too much, but just know that this, at this point right now, we are wide open for investigations. If anyone knows anything direct, and then please direct evidence.
“I know people have theories and they have ideas. And what we need right now are witnesses. If you’ve witnessed anything, if someone voted in your name and you found out someone voted for you, we want to know about that.
“If you saw someone collecting ballots in a suspicious way or doing something odd with ballots, we want to know about that. Those are the kind of things we need direct evidence of right now so we can launch into deeper investigations.”

This explosive update comes just days after Essayli announced that his office, working with the FBI Los Angeles, has multiple election fraud investigations underway and is conducting a comprehensive audit of California’s voter rolls in coordination with Assistant Attorney General Harmeet Dhillon.
As The Gateway Pundit reported earlier this week, Essayli personally observed ballot processing at the Los Angeles County election center amid growing concerns over the June 2 primary results, particularly the chaotic Los Angeles mayoral race, where a suspicious late “ballot dump” delivered thousands of votes to far-left candidates Karen Bass and Nithya Raman while giving zero votes in that batch to conservative frontrunner Spencer Pratt.
The LA Times called it a “glitch.” Essayli wasn’t buying the excuses and quickly set up a dedicated public tip line: CAElectionFraudTips@usdoj.gov.
California’s Democrat machine has spent years building the perfect fraud environment: universal mail-in voting with no voter ID, allowing everything from gym membership cards and insurance cards (routinely issued to illegal aliens) to prescription labels as “identification.”
The state has also fought tooth and nail to block federal efforts to clean its voter rolls, hiding them from the DOJ while handing them over to leftist activist groups. That fight is now playing out in the Ninth Circuit.
The clock is officially ticking for the ballot harvesters and corrupt operatives in California.
