Immigration enforcement legend Greg Bovino has confirmed he will take the stage at the 2026 Remigration Summit in Portugal on Saturday to share lessons from the front lines of the United States’ largest-scale interior deportation operations.

The event is the second edition of the Remigration Summit, with the first held in Milan, Italy, in 2025.

The Remigration Summit brings together politicians, activists, intellectuals, and patriots from across Europe, America, and other Western nations to confront the existential crisis of unchecked mass migration and chart a path forward through remigration.

Bovino, the retired Border Patrol commander-at-large who became the public face of President Donald Trump’s enforcement sweeps in Democrat-run cities like Los Angeles, Chicago, and Minneapolis, is bringing real-world operational expertise to the table.

While serving under the Trump admin, Bovino led high-profile operations that removed thousands of criminal illegal aliens from American streets, often operating under intense media and political pressure.

Speaking to The Gateway Pundit, Bovino said:

“I was honored to be invited to speak at the Remigration Summit in Porto regarding my experiences over the past year conducting large-scale immigration enforcement in the United States. Martin Sellnor, one of the architects of the European Remigration effort, saw similarities in the problems facing Europe and the US, and as we talked, we realized those problems could potentially be tackled collectively.”

Bovino continued, “I’ll talk about the US experience- information is power. Mass deportations in the United States and repatriations in Europe are essential in saving both cultures. I’m honored to share insight with this motivated group.”

As he was traveling to the event, he was stopped by a fan who was en route to the summit as well. However, Bovino kept tight-lipped about his real destination for safety and security purposes.

Alongside Bovino, the roster includes Sellner of Austria, Eva Vlaardingerbroek of the Netherlands, Dries van Langenhove of Belgium, Afonso Gonçalves of Portugal, Jean-Yves Le Gallou of France, Rocío de Meer and Carlos Quero of Spain, and Milan Mazurek of Slovakia.

In a statement posted to X, Bovino elaborated:

Mass migration isn’t just an Americancrisis — it’s hitting every developed nation the same: strained housing, overwhelmed welfare, rising crime, and communities losing their identity.

From the streets of Paris to American cities throughout the country, from Stockholm to Sydney, the problems are identical. That’s why I’m at the Remigration Summit in Porto today.

The diagnosis is the same everywhere, so the solution must be too: remigration. Time to protect our societies.

This diverse coalition of elected officials, thinkers, and grassroots fighters aims to signal a unified front for Europe and America standing together to enforce immigration laws, protect citizens, and reclaim their futures.

General admission tickets and livestream information are available on the event’s website.
