A North Carolina member of Congress caused a leftist mom to freak out after seeing the response letter she wrote to her child.

As The Daily Mail reported on Tuesday, a ten-year-old boy named Christian Mango wrote a letter to Rep. Virginia Foxx (R-N.C.), which touted the so-called benefits of electric vehicles (EVS). He also asked her to consider giving tax credits for EVs.

Christian, a fourth-grader at Canterbury School in Greensboro, clearly echoed left-wing talking points in the letter, which one would not expect from someone his age. After all, what does a young kid know about electric vehicles or national politics in general?

What Foxx wrote back to Christian was anything but politically correct. She immediately pointed out that the money is not directly from Uncle Sam, but from American taxpayers.

Moreover, most Americans who would be paying for the vehicles could never afford to buy one themselves.

“What many folks do not realize is that the money that ‘comes from’ the federal government actually comes from ordinary citizens who pay taxes to support that government,” Foxx wrote to the child.

“Therefore, your request that ‘the federal government should give a $5,000 tax rebate for all new electric car purchases’ means that the federal government must take that money out of the pockets of hardworking people who may not have the means to buy an electric vehicle in the first place,” she explained.

As The Daily Mail notes, Foxx went to inform Christian of a far more serious problem than ‘climate change’: the national debt, which is currently over $39 TRILLION. Members of Congress have shown no desire to address this.

This means America’s children and grandchildren will be the ones paying the price.

“YOU and your classmates will be responsible for paying down the national debt,” Foxx wrote.

Rep. Foxx concluded her letter by suggesting, with good reason, that Christian had been indoctrinated by a far-left teacher at his school.

“Incidentally, please ask your teacher to explain propaganda to you,” Foxx added.

“While I will never be able to know, my guess is that your teachers will not give you a good educational experience and help you learn to think, as they are too interested in indoctrinating you. How sad.”

Christian’s mother, Emily Mango, was livid upon reading the entire letter from Rep. Foxx and went off the wall.

She accused Foxx of attacking her kid (which did not happen) and going after teachers. Mango also suggested Foxx was responsible for the supposedly low level of education funding North Carolina receives and should not be on the Congressional committee involving education.

“Reprehensible response. You crossed a line when you attacked a child and attacked teachers,” Mango said.

“You don’t deserve to be on a Committee for Education when you talk to children like this and think so lowly of teachers. No wonder NC is 50th in education funding level under your “leadership,” she added.

This response from Emily Mango suggests that she is also brainwashing her child. Let’s hope Christian rebels politically in the future, just like other now-conservative kids before him.
