Assistant Attorney General of the Civil Rights Division Harmeet Dhillon is demanding that Michigan turn over Wayne County, Michigan’s November 2024 election documents.
On April 17, Michigan’s lawless Attorney General, Dana Nessel, responded to Asst. AG Dhillon’s demand, in a letter, in which she arrogantly claimed that the state would not comply with the DOJ’s request, which, according to Harmeet Dhillon, they are entitled to gain access to under several federal statutes, including a specific transparency statute from the 1960 Civil Rights Act.

In Attorney General Nessel’s response to Assistant Attorney General Dhillon, she cites the Gateway Pundit’s research into documents from Detroit’s November 2020 election, but in true fashion, AG Nessel doesn’t cite a link to either of the two updates Gateway Pundit has published on our research in her letter, but instead, cites a Michigan News Source report on our investigation.
It’s worth noting that the November 2024 election documents, which MI AG Dana Nessel told Assistant Attorney General Dhillon she has no right to obtain from Wayne County, are the same documents that Yehuda Miller has already obtained from Detroit and Wayne County from the November 2020 election.
In case you haven’t already heard, New Jersey resident Yehuda Miller, Check My Vote founder Phani Mantravadi, Patty McMurray of the Gateway Pundit, and the Michigan Fair Election Institute (MFE) are working with over 100 incredibly dedicated and conscientious volunteers to review over 1 million documents from Detroit and Wayne County’s November 2020 election.
Several months ago, Yehuda Miller reached out to me only moments before he loaded his U-Haul with almost 1 million 2020 Detroit and Wayne County election documents from the November 2020 election. Mr. Millier successfully obtained the documents after suing Detroit and Wayne County for refusing to turn them over to him via his original FOIA request before they were destroyed.
After working for over 4 years to expose the fraud in Michigan’s 2020 election, I was stunned to see firsthand the potentially incriminating documents he had obtained: boxes and boxes of Detroit’s 2020 election documents, all neatly stored inside a U-Haul. Mr. Miller had also obtained the electronic files of the same documents.

When Dana Nessel attempts to disparage our credibility at the Gateway Pundit, she only draws attention to the many ways we’ve exposed her lawlessness, brazen cover-ups, and willful ignoring of election crimes, using credible, irrefutable evidence.
It’s almost comical that Dana would claim that the Gateway Pundit is a “disinformation website posing as news,” when we’ve provided more hard evidence of her cover-ups and shone a brighter light on her lawfare actions against innocent citizens than any other news organization in America.
For years, AG Nessel has taken advantage of a crooked system that afforded her absolutely no accountability or oversight.
She used her power as the top law enforcement officer in the state to destroy the lives of 16 Michigan GOP electors by charging them with 8 (contrived) felonies each, most of them senior citizens, for signing an alternate slate of electoral votes.
The Gateway Pundit hosted a telethon for them. With the help of top conservatives like Newt Gingrich, John Eastman, actor Nick Searcy, Steve Bannon, Laura Loomer, and many others, we raised over $150,000 to help the victims of her lawfare pay their legal fees.
To date, the Gateway Pundit has provided incredible evidence, based on our exclusive reporting, including interviews with individuals who testified about the fraud they witnessed at the TCF Center in Detroit on the day after the 2020 election.
We broke the story about a massive, statewide voter registration fraud ring led by GBI Strategies (Black PAC), which was funded by Joe Biden and Gary Peters.
In our report, we shared evidence that the Michigan State Police found unsecured rifles with optics, a modified pistol and ammunition along with a note on the white board in the GBI Strategies (aka, Empower Michigan) headquarters that read “weapons prepared and ready for the field,” along with pre-paid cards used to pay the employees without a trace and burner phones used by the Democrat Party funded organization.
Why did AG Nessel and SOS Jocelyn Benson cover up the months-long, statewide Michigan State Police investigation?
Why did MI SOS Jocelyn Benson not tell her clerks about the mass registration fraud that was taking place across the state and warn them to be on the lookout for suspicious packages filled with fake voter registrations from a hotel in Auburn Hills, MI?
And why did AG Nessel not prosecute the key suspect in the case, especially after Yehuda Miller gave the Gateway Pundit FOIA’d video footage of speaking with AG Investigator Stephen Morse during their criminal investigation?

And why was there no further investigation into the whistleblower claim by a Detroit USPS distribution center worker, warning that thousands of ballots were stacking up and not being delivered?
Why did Dana Nessel herself investigate the claim and then try to cover it up by telling her communications director NOT to inform the public of her investigation, only ONE DAY before the 2020 election? In the FOIA’d emails shared with the Gateway Pundit by Yehuda Miller, the cover-up is plain to see:
“We have 10,000 things to deal with tomorrow [election day],” adding, “There’s no reason to throw this on top of that,” and “A few days won’t hurt anything.”
We also provided surveillance footage obtained via FOIA that revealed multiple individuals dropping stacks of absentee ballots into drop boxes during the 2020 election. Yet, no investigation was ever initiated by AG Nessel—WHY??
The MI police reports are incomplete because the investigation was taken over by the same FBI that squashed the Hunter Biden laptop story.

Our hope, and the hope of the majority of Americans, is that individuals responsible for stealing the November 2020 election will be held responsible before the statute of limitations runs out. Will Acting U.S. Attorney General Todd Blanche and Assistant AG for the Civil Rights Division at the U.S. Department of Justice, Harmeet Dhillon, get to the bottom of the crimes committed in the 2020 election?
Regardless of whether or not the DOJ files criminal charges against those responsible for stealing our elections, our group of election integrity experts and passionate volunteers plan to continue our work to exonerate the thousands of volunteers who risked so much to reveal voter fraud in key swing states and to expose the many tricks they used to steal our election in 2020, so it never happens again. Fortunately, because of our investigation, we don’t have to settle for the lies and gaslighting by Democrats for the next several decades while they steal our right to free and fair elections.

In March 2024, Michigan lawmakers sent a letter to then-FBI Director Christopher Wray asking him to explain what happened to the GBI Strategies investigation, which was conveniently taken over by the FBI.
Dana Nessel knows all of the reports we’ve made public are true, but she’s still operating like she has the full protection of Joe Biden’s dirty DOJ. Thanks to President Trump, there’s a new sheriff in town now, and perhaps it’s time that she and Michigan’s dirty Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson (the former Southern Poverty Law Center Board member, and current Democratic candidate for governor) are held accountable for their role in Michigan’s most untrustworthy election in history.
If they have nothing to hide, why not give the DOJ Wayne County’s 2020 election documents so we can compare them with our 2020 Wayne County and Detroit Election documents?
