CBS News in Minnesota recently did a report on the leftists who are operating roadblocks and checkpoints in their neighborhoods.

These people are basically harassing anyone they suspect of not being part of the far left. At one point they spoke to a woman who is part of this and she gave an explanation for this that is so crazy and devoid of self-awareness that it’s hard to believe.

She actually says: “We are literally creating a place that we know who’s coming and going in and out of our neighborhoods.”

Wow. What a GREAT idea. Maybe we should implement a program like that on a national level and even devote a government agency to enforcing it.

South Minneapolis residents create roadblock, defining it as safety method against ICE

Neighbors created their own method of public safety against U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement as a show of resistance in south Minneapolis.

A grassroots response to immigration enforcement that residents say is hurting their communities.

In the middle of the road at 32nd Street & Cedar Ave, a makeshift roadblock turned the intersection into a roundabout.

Cars slowed as drivers noticed. Some honked, others asked questions and a man brought food for the people standing watch.

Wade Haynes has been standing outside twice a day to make sure children get on and off the bus and to keep his community safe.

Haynes said he felt safe having his neighbors keep watch for unfamiliar cars.

So to recap, the left opposes the enforcement of borders and immigration. And the first thing they do in protest of this is… set up borders and enforce immigration.

It’s just like defund the police all over again. They didn’t want to abolish the police, they wanted to become the police.

Now they say they want to abolish ICE and what do they do? They pretend that they are ICE.

Zero self-awareness.
