A loathsome Democrat congressman received a well-deserved verbal beating after smearing a heroic ICE officer involved in a self-defense shooting of a left-wing protester as a murderer.

As The Gateway Pundit reported, chaos erupted on Wednesday after ICE fatally shot a rioter who attempted to run over agents in Minneapolis.

Video posted to X shows the moment an unhinged female was gunned down as she carried out her act of violence. Additional footage clearly shows that an ICE officer was in danger of being run over as Good accelerated.

The Department of Homeland Security called it an “act of domestic terrorism.”

The Star-Tribune later identified the female driver who was fatally shot as 37-year-old Renee Nicole Good.

On Thursday, Rep. Seth Moulton (D-MA) went on Fox News to discuss the incident with host Will Cain. The interview quickly turned heated when Mouton accused the officer of murdering the leftist protester.

Cain immediately grilled him, demanded to know if Moulton had seen the law enforcement reports, been on the ground in Minneapolis, or conducted any interviews. Moulton was forced to admit he had not before trying to change the subject.

But Cain would not let go. He then pointed out Moulton had previously defended the importance of due process on several occasions but has now thrown this critical concept out the window because the facts don’t fit his preferred narrative.

Moulton had no answer to this cynical flip-flop and again tried to change the subject before Cain smacked him down again.

CAIN: Have you seen law enforcement reports? I have!

(Moulton tries to interrupt but Cain cuts him off)

CAIN: Excuse me. Have you seen the police reports…Any of the paperwork on what happened in this instance?

MOULTON: No, I haven’t seen all of that, just like you haven’t seen the classified justification for going to war in Venezuela.

CAIN: That’s a complete red herring.

MOULTON: That’s not a red herring, that’s what we were just talking about.

CAIN: Have oyu interviewed any eyewitnesses on the ground in Minneapolis?

MOULTON: No, I haven’t…When I look at the video, I see murder.

CAIN: It’s really interesting…I’ve looked at your tweets, you invoke the concept of due process (to Moulton: no this is important for everyone to understand).

You watched a viral video…You didn’t interview a witness, didn’t look at law enforcement reports, you haven’t spoken to the agent involved.

And with that limited knowledge of looking at a viral video, you went to social media and you condemned the federal officer to murder!

You made that conclusion long before an investigation is played out. And I’m just curious, is that in line with your vision of ‘due process?

MOULTON: Let me ask you this. When a United States senator says that our troops should follow the law, and the president of the United States says he should be hanged for saying that, he’s condemning him to death?

CAIN: I’m talking about you, Congressman.
