An unidentified suspect in the pipe bomb plantings largely overshadowed by other events surrounding January 6.

The January 6 Pipe Bomb suspect has been identified.

The FBI arrested a man named Brian Cole in connection with the January 6 pipe bombs on Thursday morning.

“Brian Cole is the person the FBI has in custody and whom they believe left the pipe bombs in DC on 1/5/2021, according to two senior law enforcement officials briefed on the matter,” NBC News reported.

Brian Cole will appear in court on Thursday.
