President Trump signaled that his Department of War under Pete Hegseth is “militarily” looking into Democratic lawmakers, who urged a military sedition and coup by telling service members to disobey the President’s lawful orders, floating “military courts” to deal with the offenses.

This comes after six Democrat lawmakers, in a recent video message, told active duty service members and intelligence officials that they have a “duty” to disobey “illegal” orders from President Trump.

The members of Congress used their credentials as high-ranking former members of the military and national security apparatus to advise people to disobey lawful orders from their chain of command and the President of the United States, with extremely broad and unclear language. By signaling they have the duty to do so, they further attempted to intimidate those under the command of the United States into opposing lawful orders.

This comes amid unrelenting waves of lawfare against the President’s lawful authority, which the Supreme Court has overwhelmingly ruled has been exercised properly.

The illegitimate orders from US lawmakers may seem legitimate to a layperson, such as the 18-year-old who signed up to serve his country with little knowledge of the laws under which they are governed.

Trump has repeatedly called for seditious conspiracy charges against these lawmakers– and even the death penalty for their attempts to incite a military uprising or a military coup.

The President joined Fox’s Brian Kilmeade on the radio last Thursday, where he said, “I’m not threatening them, but I think they’re in serious trouble.”

” I’m not threatening death, but I think they’re in serious trouble. In the old days, it was death. That was seditious behavior,” he stated.

“I think Pete Hegseth is looking into it, too. I know they’re looking into it militarily. I don’t know for a fact, but I think the military is looking into it, the military courts.”

Trump: They’re young privates and young corporals and young sergeants. And they’re not scholars, necessarily. There might be a few, frankly, but they’re not scholars. They don’t, you know, study the Constitution, etc, etc. They know that. So, these are bad people. These are people that, in my opinion, broke the law. Now, what happens to them? I can’t tell you, but they broke the law. That is a terrible statement. I can say, if I ever said that, and there were a Democrat as president, all hell would have broken loose. And it has broken loose. I have had more calls from people, even Democrats, saying, What a horrible thing that was.

Kilmeade: So do you worry that someone on the Gerald R. Ford will say, “Hey, I don’t want to do this Venezuelan mission. I don’t want to sit out in the ocean,” you know, “I’m out?” You know, do you worry about them saying, “I don’t want to go to Chicago and be in the National Guard. I’m out?” Do you worry about that?

Trump: No, I don’t worry about anything like that, because I’m a leader, and they do as I say. But it certainly is not a good situation. You know, it could happen with certain leaders. It could happen. I don’t think that’d happen with me, but, you know, you never know. Look, that was a very terrible— that was a traitorous statement, that was a horrible thing to do. I believe they broke the law very strongly. I think it’s a very— I think it’s a very serious violation of the law.

Kilmeade: I know Todd Blanche seems to be looking into it, your assistant Deputy Attorney—

Trump: Well, I think Pete Hegseth is looking into it, too. I know they’re looking into it militarily. I don’t know for a fact, but I think the military is looking into it, the military courts.

As The Gateway Pundit reported, Democratic Senator Elissa Slotkin (MI), a former CIA agent in the conspiracy to commit a military coup, appeared to walk back her comments, acknowledging that Trump has not given a single illegal order to members of the military.

Still, she threatened service members with thinly veiled warnings, comparing Trump to Adolf Hitler and suggesting they may face tribunals like the Nuremberg Trials. She further pointed to movies like “A Few Good Men” to intimidate military members into thinking twice before they follow this President.
