Matt Gaetz will not be returning to Congress after resigning from the 118th Congress.

Gaetz last week resigned from the 118th Congress after Trump nominated him for US Attorney General.

“I’m still going to be in the fight, but it’s going to be from a new perch. I do not intend to join the 119th Congress,” Gaetz told Charlie Kirk on Friday.
