The Lindsay Clancy triple-murder trial erupted into even more chaos Tuesday after a 56-year-old woman was arrested outside the courthouse for allegedly attempting to photograph members of the jury.
Dawn Light, of Sutton, Massachusetts, was taken into custody at approximately 3:40 p.m. outside the courthouse in Plymouth, just minutes after jurors were dismissed for the day without reaching a verdict.
Massachusetts State Police charged Light with one count of intimidation of a witness, juror, or person furnishing information in connection with criminal proceedings. She is expected to be arraigned on Wednesday.
According to the Boston Herald, Light allegedly attempted to photograph the jury as its members left the courthouse.
CBS Boston reporter Kristina Rex separately reported that jurors allegedly noticed they were being filmed.
Fox News reported that attorneys on either side could potentially request a mistrial over the incident.

The extraordinary development came hours after the jury informed Sullivan that it was unable to reach a unanimous verdict following four days of deliberations.
As The Gateway Pundit previously reported, Sullivan ordered the nine-woman, three-man jury to continue deliberating despite the apparent deadlock. Jurors are expected to return Wednesday for a fifth day.
Clancy’s attorneys do not dispute that she strangled her three children, Cora, 5; Dawson, 3; and eight-month-old Callan, with exercise bands inside the family’s Duxbury home on January 24, 2023.
The defense claims Clancy was suffering from postpartum psychosis and was not criminally responsible for the killings.
Prosecutors maintain that Clancy acted deliberately, sending her husband away to pick up food and medication before separating the children and strangling them one by one. They argue that she understood her actions were wrong.
The jury is considering five possible verdicts: first-degree murder, second-degree murder, manslaughter, not guilty, or not guilty due to lack of criminal responsibility.
Defense attorney Kevin Reddington has already said he would “try it again” if the case ends in a hung jury.
The courthouse proceedings have repeatedly descended into spectacle.
The Gateway Pundit previously reported that Vanity Fair dumped a freelancer’s essay after the reporter was caught smiling, posing, and winking at a courtroom camera during the trial.
The Gateway Pundit also reported that prosecution psychiatrist Dr. Avram Mack resigned from Nemours Children’s Health following his explosive testimony that Clancy remained capable of understanding that killing her children was wrong. The hospital did not publicly connect his departure to the case.
Now the jurors themselves were allegedly targeted outside the courthouse as they struggled to reach a verdict.
Three innocent children are dead. The jury is deadlocked. An alleged attempt to photograph jurors has resulted in an intimidation charge.
And now the entire trial could be thrown into jeopardy.
