A shocking assault at a California gas station that happened for no good reason has gone viral after the victim’s attorney shared footage of the incident on social media.
On Saturday, attorney Tony Buzbee shared footage on his Instagram account showing the moment an Amazon Delivery driver walks up to a 71-year-old client of his at an ARCO Gas Station in Elk Grove, California, and starts getting in his face while threatening to beat him up.
“I’m gonna beat you a**, n***a!” he says.
The delivery driver then sucker-punches the senior citizen in the back of the head, causing him to fall to the ground, as the gas station workers look on in shock.
The delivery driver then calmly walks away.

The incident appears to have occurred on March 30 of this year, based on the date on the surveillance footage.
In the post accompanying the video, Buzbee revealed that a parking lot dispute prompted the assault. Completely senseless.
“Our client is a 71-year-old auditor of agricultural and animal production facilities,” Buzbee wrote on Instagram. “During his work day, he stopped at an ARCO Gas Station in Elk Grove, California to go to the bathroom and get a soft drink.”
“Apparently, the Amazon driver felt that our client took his parking spot,” he continued. “The Amazon driver reacted hyper-aggressively.”
“The Amazon driver confronted our client in the parking lot, followed him into the store, and ultimately assaulted him from behind.”
Buzbee added that his client is still being treated for neck pain and a concussion. He also said that the Amazon driver was arrested and charged with felony battery and elder abuse, among other charges.
Moreover, the lawyer revealed that the Amazon driver has a history of violence and accused the company of having shoddy hiring practices.
Buzbee closed his post by noting that his firm has filed a lawsuit against Amazon.
The civil case against Amazon is on file in the Superior Court of California, Sacramento County. Case updates will be posted on this platform.
