An Amazon delivery driver was caught on a doorbell camera hurling a package onto the porch and casually walking away.
The Ring camera footage shared by Nathan Pekas shows the delivery driver carelessly tossing the Amazon package onto the porch of his Florida home.
After tossing the package, the driver takes a picture and walks away.
The delivery driver worked for Yun Express, a third-party service used by Amazon for some deliveries.
In a statement, Amazon told Storyful, “This video does not reflect the standards we have for our delivery partners, and we’re looking into this matter.”

Fox News reported:
A delivery driver is under scrutiny after a doorbell camera captured a package sailing through the air instead of being carefully delivered.
Ring camera video shared by Florida resident Nathan Pekas shows the driver approaching the home, hurling a package onto the concrete porch, raising a handheld device to take a proof-of-delivery photo and then walking away as a dog howls from inside the house.
The box lands with a loud thud in the video before the driver snaps the photo and leaves without placing the package at the front door.
Pekas told Storyful the package was delivered by Yun Express, a third-party carrier used for some Amazon deliveries.
Delivery drivers have come under fire for throwing packages from their vehicles.
Doorbell cameras also catch ‘porch pirates’ stealing packages from people’s home.
New York and California are the worst offenders with more than $2.7 billion worth of deliveries stolen from porches.
