The US House of Representatives passed the NDAA today that included language for the SAVE America Act.

The US House of Representatives on Tuesday passed a special rules resolution that adds the SAVE America Act text to the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA).

The vote was 215 to 211 for House Resolution 1423.

Every Democrat voted ‘no’ to the resolution – all 210 voting members.  They really hate voter ID for some reason?

One Republican voted ‘no’ to the resolution, Rep. Randy Fine from Florida.

Recorded vote results for Roll Call Number 237 on H. Res. 1423, detailing approval of multiple bills in the 119th Congress, 2nd Session.

Speaker Mike Johnson came through for the American people.

Conservative activist Scott Presler cheered the news earlier today.

According to Copilot: The House had shut down on June 30 after 13 GOP holdouts — including Rep. Anna Paulina Luna (R‑FL) — rejected a procedural vote to debate attaching the SAVE America Act to the NDAA via “MIRVing,” a process of bundling unrelated bills into one package AOL. Luna and others insisted the bill must be in the NDAA’s text, not just attached, to prevent the Senate from stripping it out AOL+1.

Speaker Mike Johnson (R‑LA) then proposed using MIRV to merge the SAVE Act with the NDAA and other must‑pass bills, but holdouts like Luna initially opposed, warning it wouldn’t guarantee Senate inclusion The Hill+1. Over the next days, Luna signaled she would accept MIRV if the SAVE Act was attached to all appropriations and must‑pass bills and sent to the Senate as one package.

The House bundled the SAVE Act into the NDAA to advance it to the Senate.
This is just what Rep. Anna Paulina Luna (R-FL) promoted in a tweet last night.
Now ALL EYES are on the Senate and Leader John Thune.

More from Copilot: On July 14, the House passed a special rules resolution (H.Res.1423) to attach the SAVE America Act text to the NDAA, voting 215–211. All Democrats voted “no,” and one Republican, Rep. Randy Fine (R‑FL), also opposed it (The Gateway Pundit). The resolution forces the NDAA + SAVE Act bundle to the floor for a vote and sends it to the Senate (The Gateway Pundit).
