Iran launched strikes against US military sites in Bahrain and Kuwait on Wednesday after the ceasefire between the US and Iran collapsed last night. 

This comes after the US launched attacks in Iran in response to Iran targeting several ships in the Strait of Hormuz on Tuesday.

US Central Command released footage of last night’s strikes against more than 80 targets.

Earlier on Wednesday, Trump effectively called off the ceasefire and memorandum of understanding.

“To me, I think it’s over,” Trump said. “I don’t want to deal with them anymore. They’re scum.”

He added, “They’re sick people. They’re led by sick people, and they’re vicious, violent people… As far as I’m concerned, it’s just a waste of time dealing with them. They’re liars.”

Iran’s Revolutionary Guards said they targeted US military sites in Bahrain and Kuwait on Wednesday after the US launched a wave of military strikes on Iran in response to attacks on tankers in the Strait of Hormuz.

In the latest blow to the fragile cease-fire agreement, the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps said it carried out a joint missile and drone operation against key US military sites in Bandar Salman, Bahrain’s Fifth Naval District and Ali Al Salem Air Base in Kuwait, and shot down a US MQ9 drone attempting to interfere in the operation.

Air raid sirens sounded in Bahrain and Kuwait, officials said. The Kuwaiti army said air defenses were confronting “hostile” missile and drone attacks.
