An accomplished young woman had her life snuffed out by a lowlife monster after the judicial system failed in Missouri.
As KSDK reported, St Louis police arrested 58-year-old Keith Brown for murdering a young woman while she was sitting at Starbucks’ drive-thru in the city on Tuesday. The incident occurred on around 10 a.m.
According to police, Brown walked up to the woman’s vehicle and pointed the gun at her. He then ordered her to put her hands up.
The female complied, but Brown killed her anyway. He proceeded to steal her bank cards and driver’s license and fled the scene.
The St. Louis Circuit Attorney’s Office has charged Brown with the following offenses: first-degree murder, unlawful possession of a firearm, three counts of armed criminal action, and three counts of first-degree robbery.
Brown was previously convicted of several crimes dating back to 1986, 40 years ago. These offenses include burglary, robbery, and armed criminal action.
In fact, Brown committed at least two violent robberies just days before the fatal shooting, yet somehow escaped justice.
Here is more from KSDK:
According to the probable cause statement, the first incident was on Feb. 6, in the drive-thru of a Jack in the Box at 2163 South Grand Boulevard. Police said he approached a car, pulled out a gun, and demanded the victim’s property. The woman and her daughter handed over a purse, a handgun, and both of their cell phones.
Two days later, police said he robbed a Dollar General store at 4038 North Grand. Police said he walked into the store, pointed a gun at the cashier, and demanded money. He made off with some cash and left the area.
The victim has been identified as 28-year-old Sam Linehan, an ice skating coach at Metro Edge Figure Skating Club.
The club released the following statement to FOX 2 St Louis:
This loss is both sudden and heartbreaking for our athletes, staff, and broader community. We are focused on supporting Coach Sam’s family and providing care and resources for our skaters during this difficult time.
Linehan was previously a star ice skater who once represented Team USA with Synergy.
She won a Silver medal at the U.S. Synchronized Skating Championships in 2014 and a gold medal in Skating Skills.
