Mallory McMorrow

Another day, another Democrat casually flirting with political violence.

Michigan State Senator and Democrat U.S. Senate candidate Mallory McMorrow openly admitted she “wouldn’t be able to control herself” if she encountered conservative Supreme Court Justices Amy Coney Barrett and Brett Kavanaugh in public, and even joked about throwing beer cans in their faces.

McMorrow, who authored a book titled “Hate Won’t Win: Find Your Power and Leave This Place Better Than You Found It,” is running for the open Michigan Senate seat in 2026 and made the remarks during a campaign event.

An audience member asked whether there was any point in contacting the Court, blaming the justices for major national issues.

McMorrow responded by recounting a story she claimed to have heard about Justices Brett Kavanaugh and Amy Coney Barrett attending a tailgate together, then escalated into a disturbing hypothetical.

“I’m a Notre Dame grad, and Amy Coney Barrett coming out of my university makes me furious,” McMorrow said.

“But just on a personal level, I talked to somebody yesterday who said they saw her with Brett Kavanaugh at a tailgate last weekend. I was like, I would not be able to control myself. That would be bad. There would be beers thrown in people’s faces.”

WATCH:

At a time when Supreme Court justices already face credible security threats, protests at their homes, and doxxing campaigns encouraged by Democrats and their allies, McMorrow’s remarks were viewed as reckless and dangerous, especially coming from an elected official seeking higher office.

If a Republican candidate joked about throwing objects at liberal justices, the media would erupt in wall-to-wall outrage and demand immediate resignation.

The National Republican Senatorial Committee (NRSC) wrote on X that McMorrow “needs help” and questioned whether someone who openly fantasizes about assaulting sitting Supreme Court justices should be entrusted with a U.S. Senate seat.
