Most states won by Democrats do not have strict voter ID laws. Why is that? (Screenshot: Newsmax)

A Missouri court sided with Attorney Andrew Bailey on Monday and kept the voter ID law intact in the Show Me State.

The radical activists trying to undermine the elections in Missouri failed.

Missouri, a former battleground state in 2008, has grown more conservative over the years. This year, President Trump won Missouri by over 18 points—58.4% to 40% for Kamala Harris.

Democrats know that the only way they have a chance in Missouri is to rig the elections. Thankfully, a Missouri court sided with AG Bailey on voter ID.

“A Court just sided with my team yet again, ruling Missouri’s voter ID law will remain INTACT. We went to court, we put on the evidence, and radical activists working to undermine our elections FAILED. This is a HUGE win for election security,” Baily wrote on X.

Elon Musk congratulated Attorney General Bailey on Monday after surviving the court challenge.

The  far-left St. Louis Post Dispatch reported:

A Republican-backed law requiring Missouri voters to present a photo ID at their polling places survived a second court challenge Monday.

In a 39-page decision, Cole County Circuit Judge Jon Beetem again rejected a lawsuit challenging the voting law. A separate lawsuit on other provisions of the measure is still pending.

The law, which was approved by the GOP-led Legislature and signed by Republican Gov. Mike Parson two years ago, has been touted by supporters as ensuring clean elections, even though there have been few examples of voter fraud.

Beetem said the individuals and groups that filed the lawsuit could not prove the law had injured them in their right to vote. He had previously dismissed their lawsuit and ruled similarly after it was amended and went to trial.

It should be noted that Attorney General Andrew Bailey represented plaintiff Jim Hoft from The Gateway Pundit and several prominent American doctors in the Murthy vs. Missouri lawsuit on free speech rights in the United States. The lawsuit is still ongoing.
