Dr. Ben Carson joined Rose Unplugged to discuss what is really at stake in the 2026 midterms, the Michigan Senate race, and why Christians cannot sit this one out. Plus, election analyst Jim Ellis breaks down the House and Senate battlegrounds that could flip control of Congress.
Dr. Ben Carson joins Rose for a special midterm edition of For Such a Time as This, and he doesn’t hold back on what’s truly at stake in 2026.
As a Detroit native, he speaks directly to Black voters in Michigan who say El-Sayed and the Democratic Party are taking them for granted and that they don’t feel seen. He talks about what it would take to earn their trust, and what an El-Sayed win could mean for that community, for Michigan and for the country.
Dr. Carson explains why Congress must reclaim its constitutional role, and why faith, freedom and personal responsibility still matter. He makes the case for limited government and free enterprise, and talks about civic education as America marks its 250th anniversary. He also cuts through the talking points to the issues that hit home: jobs, inflation, taxes, the cost of living, parental rights and education.
Plus his message to anyone who thinks their vote doesn’t matter, his counsel for Christian voters, what gives him hope for the American people, and what this election means for the America our children and grandchildren will inherit.
“Texas concerns me the most. It could spell the end of our Republic if voters aren’t smart about the race in Texas,” Ben Carson said.
“Young People Embracing DSA’s Why are we seeing this trend? It’s all been planned since 1963. That indoctrination has been going on since then. We rose from a ragtag bunch of militiamen to the pinnacle of the world in record time – that is not a coincidence,” Dr. Carson said.
